Refund Policy

1. Why we do not offer refunds

Our OMSB exam question banks are digital content. Access to the full content is granted immediately after payment and cannot be “returned”. For this reason, every purchase is final from the moment payment is completed.

2. This policy applies in all cases, including:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Purchasing the wrong exam category;
• Not using, or only partly using, your subscription;
• Your exam date changing, or your OMSB application being delayed, cancelled or rejected;
• Your exam result, including not passing the exam;
• Dissatisfaction with the content, format or level of difficulty;
• Suspension or termination of access due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, such as account sharing.

3. Before you subscribe

Please make sure the subscription is right for you before you pay:

• Check that you have selected the correct OMSB exam for your profession and speciality;
• Review the exam details on the product page;
• If you have any questions, contact us at info@omsbexam.com before purchasing — we are happy to help you choose.

4. Technical problems

If you experience a technical problem accessing your subscription, please contact us at info@omsbexam.com with your order details. Our team will investigate and work to restore your access as quickly as possible. Technical support is provided to resolve access issues and does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Payment disputes and chargebacks

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised with your bank or card issuer, access to your subscription may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect any rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law.
