1. About us

OMSB Exam Oman Medical Specialty Board is an independent online exam-preparation provider based in Muscat, Oman. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) of Oman, Pearson VUE or any licensing body. All official information about OMSB exam and exams should be obtained directly from OMSB.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a Subscription.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and access

• Each Subscription gives one person a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the question bank(s) purchased, for the access period applicable to that Subscription.
• Access is provided online and is activated once payment is confirmed.
• It is your responsibility to choose the correct exam before purchasing. Please read the exam details carefully and contact us if you are unsure.
• We may update, improve or reorganise question bank content at any time.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid.
• Payment must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment providers.
• Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or other fees, which are your responsibility.

5. No refunds

All Subscriptions are digital products delivered instantly. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any reason. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login details with anyone else, or allow others to access your Subscription;
• Copy, download, screenshot, record, reproduce, distribute, sell or publish any questions, answers, explanations or other content;
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or extract content;
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including questions, answers, explanations, text, design, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to OMSB Exam Oman Medical Specialty Board and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your Subscription grants you a limited right to use the content for your own personal exam preparation only.

8. No guarantee of exam results

Our question banks are designed to help you prepare, but your exam result depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will pass any OMSB or other exam, and we do not guarantee that any question will appear in your exam. Our content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for official guidance, professional training or clinical judgement.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMSB Exam Oman Medical Specialty Board is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, income or licensing outcome, arising from your use of the website or Subscriptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for that Subscription.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
